A couple require you to use a booster grapple mod to achieve the appropriate speed, but other than that these are all extremely easy. They are mostly pretty self explanatory but a couple you may need to call in a supply drop if you don't feel like finding the vehicle needed. You will likely complete almost every feat through natural play.

While waiting for the ships to respawn, continue destroying incoming vehicles and tanks on land.

While you're waiting, air drop in a tank.

Get into conflict with them and wait for the 2x to appear in the top right. Right next to them you will always find a couple of black hand soldiers fighting.

Head to the region Islas Kaupyes on the map (far right towards the middle of the map).

Here is the best strategy to grind this out post game: Even then, I still had to grind this for a bit. For me personally, after completing every side mission and stunt, I was at chaos level 12.5. This achievement is probably going to be one of the last ones that you unlock. Nonetheless, congratulations on your completion. Hopefully we can take control of Rico Rodriguez once more if there is ever a fifth installment, but some serious innovations need to be made. Not too rough of a completion but a little on the time consuming grind and way more repetitive than it needs to be. Upon earning your last achievement, whichever that may be, you will earn the “ Rico Was Here” achievement for completing all the other achievements.
